FamiID terms of use
Last updated: May 8, 2026
1. Service provider information
FamiID is a service provided by Glenlake Soft, S.L. ("Glenlake Soft" or "the Provider"), with registered office at Calle Haya 9, 41927 Mairena del Aljarafe, Seville (Spain), and contact address hello@famiid.com. In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), this information is permanently accessible on this website.
2. Subject matter
These Terms govern access to and use of the FamiID service, the single account that lets the User authenticate and access the different applications of the Fami ecosystem operated by Glenlake Soft, including famieduca.com, famicalendar.com, famibooks.com, famimovies.com, famitravels.com, famigame.com and famichef.com and famigastro.com, as well as future apps in the same ecosystem.
3. Acceptance
Registering a FamiID account or using the service entails full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the service.
4. Capacity and registration
To create an account you must be of legal age or, where applicable, over 14 years old with authorisation from your parent or legal guardian, in accordance with Spanish regulations. FamiID is designed to be managed by adults on behalf of their family unit. You undertake to provide truthful information and to keep it up to date.
5. Single account and access to Fami apps
FamiID acts as a common identity system. By using it to sign in to a Fami app, you authorise Glenlake Soft to share with that app the data strictly necessary to authenticate you (unique identifier and, where applicable, email address and name). The use of each specific app is also subject to its own terms, which may complement but not contradict these Terms.
6. Proper use of the service
- You will not share your password or transfer your account to third parties.
- You will not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or contrary to public morals or order.
- You will not attempt to access systems, data or accounts that do not belong to you, nor reverse-engineer the platform.
- You will not introduce content that infringes third-party rights, is offensive, harmful to minors or prohibited by applicable law.
You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you detect unauthorised use, you must notify us immediately.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Some features of the Fami ecosystem may require a paid subscription. The conditions of price, duration, automatic renewal and cancellation are described at the time of contracting and are also governed by applicable consumer law. In accordance with Article 103.m of Spanish TRLGDCU, since these are digital contents supplied immediately, the User expressly consents to the start of the supply and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal once it has begun.
8. Intellectual property
All rights to the software, brands, logos, texts, designs and other elements of the service belong to Glenlake Soft or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any right other than personal and non-exclusive use of the service in accordance with these conditions.
9. Availability and changes
Glenlake Soft will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the service when justified, with reasonable notice when the change is substantial.
10. Suspension and cancellation
We may suspend or cancel your account in case of serious breach of these Terms, security risk or legal requirement. You can cancel your account at any time from your profile or by requesting it at hello@famiid.com.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glenlake Soft shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits the Provider's liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded, in particular towards consumers.
12. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms to adapt them to legal or service changes. We will notify you with reasonable notice. If you continue to use the service after the effective date, you will be deemed to accept the new version.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of the consumer's domicile when the other party is a consumer. In all other cases, the parties submit to the Courts of Seville, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 524/2013, consumers resident in the EU may access the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
